May 15, 2012 -- Life Sciences Employers are becoming more militant in the battle for talents.
It is not only about sourcing the right professionals from the market but most of all creating the work environment to attract and retain them.
As Hays Consultants, who recruit professionals in Life Sciences, we listen to candidates’ needs and requirements every day. We know what makes one position more appealing than the other. In case there is a skill deficit on certain market there is always a potential to source professionals from other countries, but only if you know the key advantages to relocate.

Results of the survey indicate that Life Sciences Employees as well as Employers have different approach in terms of recruitment in comparison with other sectors.
