GrowBLOX Sciences, Inc. Secures Special Use Permit For Its Cultivation And Conversion Facility

LAS VEGAS, June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GrowBLOX Sciences, Inc. (OTCQB: GBLX) a biotechnology and research company, today announced through its local partnership, GBS NEVADA, LLC, that it has secured a special use permit in Las Vegas facility. The Company will await final State approval and will be applying for a State business license in the coming weeks.

Clark County will hold three days of lengthy public hearings -location">Clark County, Nevada for its cultivation and conversion facility. The Company in order for applicants to present to the commission. GBS NEVADA, LLC appeared before the Commission today, as Commissioners allowed the public time and access for rebuttals in their respective neighborhoods, and voted subsequent to the presentation. Results were announced immediately thereafter. A list of required information was set in ordinance and applicants were required to meet each and all ordinances. The Company met all ordinances and will move forward in applying to the State for a business license to operate its cultivation and conversion facility.

The partnership was one of 70 applicants for cultivation facilities in Clark County and was granted a special use permit for it's medical marijuana establishment on Tuesday.
