GlaxoSmithKline to Shutter New Jersey Plant, Cutting 165 Jobs

GlaxoSmithKline is cutting jobs but others are hiring! Check it out! (Isn't it tempting?)

Pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline will shutter its Clifton oral care manufacturing plant on Thursday, and lay off 165 employees, the London-based firm confirmed today.

The plant closure is part of the planned phaseout that was announced in April 2010 when Glaxo officials said the Clifton facility would be relocated to Upstate New York.

Don't forget, hundreds of biopharma companies are hiring! (We know you can't resist.)
