GlaxoSmithKline Pays $70 Million To Settle Price Suits

NEW YORK, Aug 10 (Reuters) - GlaxoSmithKline Plc (GSK.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Thursday said it agreed to pay $70 million in a national settlement of civil lawsuits that alleged the company inflated costs of a number of its medicines, including its blockbuster Zofran nausea drug.
