(Nasdaq:GILD) announced today the successful completion of its cash tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Myogen (Nasdaq:MYOG). The offer expired as scheduled at one minute following 11:59 p.m., New York City time (midnight), on November 13, 2006.
