GenVault Corporation Appoints David Wellis CEO

Prior to GenVault, Dr. Wellis served as the Vice President of Functional Genomics of Axon Instruments Inc., which achieved a successful IPO in 2000. Dr. Wellis holds a B.S. in biological sciences from U.C. Irvine, an M.S. and Ph.D. in cell biology from Emory University and received postdoctoral training at Tufts University Medical School and U.C. Berkeley. Additionally, he received business training at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University and U.C. Berkeley.
