Copenhagen, Denmark; August 30, 2013 – Genmab A/S (OMX: GEN) announces that pursuant to section 6 of Executive Order no. 657 of June 22, 2012 on Issuers' Disclosure Obligations, the total nominal value of Genmab A/S' share capital is DKK 51,210,696 at the end of August 2013, which is made up of 51,210,696 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 each corresponding to 51,210,696 votes.
