Genmab A/S Reaches Milestone in DuoBody Platform Collaboration With Janssen Biotech Inc.

Copenhagen, Denmark; August 26, 2013 – Genmab A/S (OMX: GEN) announced today it has reached another milestone in its DuoBody technology platform collaboration with Janssen Biotech, Inc. and its affiliates (“Janssen”), triggering a $1 million payment. The milestone is for achieving technical proof-of-concept for the second DuoBody product candidate.
