Generac's Kerns Give Additional $67 Million to Mayo Clinic

Milwaukee philanthropists Robert and Patricia Kern will have a center in the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, Minn., named after them after a recent gift of more than $67 million. The Kerns founded Generac Power Systems Inc. in Waukesha and the Kern Family Foundation. On Wednesday, Mayo Clinic announced their latest gift, which brings their total combined contributions to the clinic to $100 million.
