GeneGo, Inc. And Spotfire, Inc. Partner To Deliver Faster Genomics And Chemistry Analysis
ST. JOSEPH, Mich., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- GeneGo, Inc., a leading provider of software and databases for systems biology and Spotfire, the Information Insight Company(SM), today announced that the companies' flagship products are fully integrated.
The integrated products allow users to analyze genomics data, including gene expression and proteomics, more quickly and accurately in Spotfire DecisionSite, and launch MetaCore to perform pathway and network analysis. DecisionSite users can also automatically upload chemical compounds into MetaCore and MetaDrug in order to study their biological effects, including mode of action and potential toxicity. The analyzed data can be sent back to DecisionSite, allowing the user to search for additional experiments run in house.
