PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genaera Corporation ("the Company") today announced that proxies representing a majority of the shares voted at the Special Meeting of Stockholders on June 4, 2009 were cast in favor of the resolution to approve a Plan of Complete Liquidation and Dissolution of the Company (the "Plan of Dissolution).
