Galapagos NV Receives EU2.9 Million IWT Grant For Cystic Fibrosis Research

MECHELEN, Belgium, Jan. 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Galapagos NV (Euronext: GLPG) announced today that it has been awarded a €2.9 million grant from the Flemish agency for Innovation by Science and Technology (IWT) for cystic fibrosis (CF) research. The goal of this 3-year project is to identify and progress multiple promising CF therapies towards pre-clinical candidates .
