The addition of FUJINON will strengthen and diversify the overall medical product line while streamlining and improving business efficiencies. FUJINON had previously operated as a subsidiary of the medical systems company. This merger will result in a larger, stronger company that will aide in the development of an even greater variety of high quality diagnostic imaging systems.

Under the new structure, the FUJINON brand will remain in place and build upon the already expanding Fujifilm medical systems portfolio.
