BAD BIRNBACH, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--High-risk patients are checked regularly for signs of skin cancer. Up to now, these examinations were time-consuming and tended to concentrate on single moles. But that’s all about to change: it is now possible to record images of the entire skin surface in less than three minutes and to monitor it continuously for changes. The new FotoFinder bodystudio ATBM system controls the entire imaging process automatically. This ground breaking procedure has been presented at the Congress of the German Dermatology Society in May 2013.
