Flexion Therapeutics Announces Pricing Of Public Offering Of Common Stock

BURLINGTON, Mass., Dec. 12, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flexion Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq:FLXN) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 5,040,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. Flexion has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 756,000 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on December 17, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
