Finesse Announces Savings Of Up To 50% On Sensors Certified 'Like For Like' To Broadley-James And Mettler-Toledo

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Finesse, LLC, a manufacturer of measurement and control solutions for life science process applications, announced today that its TrupH pH electrodes and its TruDO Dissolved Oxygen sensors can provide cost savings of up to fifty-percent over competitors such as Broadley-James and Mettler-Toledo. Such significant cost savings have been achieved through automation of the sensor manufacturing process. These savings have been passed along to the customer in the form of lower prices.

Many competitors continue to use labor intensive manual or semi-manual processes that are more expensive, can introduce substantial variations in performance from batch to batch, and reduce overall robustness. The automated processes used to manufacture TrupH and TruDO reduce costs and greatly improve both batch consistency and overall reliability.

The TrupH and TruDO sensor products from Finesse are available with the full scope of industry connections including the S8, K8 and VarioPin style connections for pH as well as the D4, T82 and VarioPin style connections for Dissolved Oxygen. Additionally, these sensors are available in the industry standard lengths of 120mm, 225mm, 325mm and 425mm for pH while Dissolved Oxygen sensors are available in 70mm, 120mm, 225mm, 325mm and 425mm.

Finesse offers the complete loop solution for both its pH electrodes and Dissolved Oxygen sensors including cables, housings, and both single and dual parameter transmitters. Additionally, Finesse conducts comprehensive batch screening and quality testing to ensure optimal reliability.
