Reuters -- Common heartburn pills Prilosec and Nexium cut the blood-thinning effect of Sanofi-Aventis SA's (SASY.PA) and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co's (BMY.N) heart drug Plavix, U.S. officials warned on Tuesday.
