LOUIS, Jan. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Scripts Holding Company (Nasdaq: ESRX), the largest pharmacy benefit management company in North America, announced today its intention to release its fourth quarter earnings on Monday, February 18, 2013 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (3:00 p.m. Central Time) and will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss fourth quarter results on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. Central Time).

Due to the Federal Holiday on Monday, February 18, 2013, the Company expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday, February 19, 2013.
