Excelsior Medical Corporation Files Patent Infringement Suit Againt Ivera Medical Corporation
NEPTUNE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Excelsior Medical Corp. today announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Ivera Medical, Inc. for patent infringement arising under the patent laws of the United States of America, 35 U.S.C. ยง 1, et seq. The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Case No. 3:14-cv-00852-NLH-AMD.
