Exagen Diagnostics, Inc. Has a New CEO and a Fresh Strategy
New Mexico Business Weekly -- Exagen Diagnostics Inc. is alive and kicking again. The Albuquerque startup, which developed genetics-based diagnostics for cancer and other diseases, was teetering on the edge of bankruptcy in early 2008 because the U.S. Food and Drug Administration was taking far longer than expected to approve the company’s first cancer-testing kit.
