EXACT Sciences Wins Approval to Bring HQ to Downtown Madison, Wisconsin

The city of Madison's finance committee supports the basic terms of a $192 million redevelopment agreement reached with JDS Development, which intends to redevelop Judge Doyle Square south of Capitol Square into a new headquarters for biotech company Exact Sciences Corp., a parking structure and a new hotel to serve Monona Terrace.

The city is engaging in exclusive negotiations with JDS Development, a development team that includes Hammes Co. of Brookfield, and talks are moving quickly because of Exact Sciences' deadline to move into a new headquarters office.
