Evotec AG And Pierre Fabre Sign Multi-Year Compound Management Agreement

HAMBURG, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Evotec AG (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: EVT, TecDAX, ISIN: DE0005664809) today announced a multi-year compound management agreement with Pierre Fabre Laboratories, the 2nd largest private French pharmaceutical group.

Under the terms of the agreement, Evotec will manage Pierre Fabre's compound collection (individual compounds and collection plates) out of its state-of-the-art compound management facility in Toulouse, France. The agreement covers an initial period of five years.
