(ESTA) and Eurofins BioDiagnostics Inc. (EBDI) have merged into a single company and brand. By combining the analytical and genetic service strengths of EBDI with the extensive experience of ESTA in the seed and plant health arena, this new entity becomes the most complete analytical testing company in North America focused on the seed, plant, and agbio testing markets.
The combined company will maintain the name of Eurofins BioDiagnostics.
