EU Extends Consideration Of Johnson & Johnson Buy Of Pfizer Inc. Unit
BRUSSELS, Nov 22 (Reuters) - The European Commission has extended its deadline for review of Johnson & Johnson's (JNJ.N: Quote, Profile, Research) proposed buy of Pfizer Inc.'s (PFE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) consumer health-care business from Nov. 27 to Dec. 11, it said on Wednesday.
