Ellman International, Inc. Announces New US Sales Executive

OCEANSIDE, N.Y., April 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Ellman International, Inc., a New York based manufacturer of radiofrequency (RF) devices for surgical and aesthetic procedures, today announced the appointment of Dennis S. Herman to the position of Senior Vice President, US Sales.

Herman brings over 20 years of sales leadership and aesthetic market experience with leading companies to Ellman. "Dennis' proven success in leading sales teams to significant revenue growth coupled with his expertise in energy based surgical and aesthetic markets will be of great value as we further strengthen our position as a leader in both of these important sectors," said Chief Executive Officer Rick Epstein.

Most recently, Herman served as Senior VP of North American Sales for Candela Laser Corporation where his sales leadership resulted in growth of the business to the top position in the industry. He has also held sales management positions of increasing responsibility at Palomar Medical Technology, Inc. including its subsidiary Spectrum Medical Technologies, Inc.
