"Our staff has paid our workplace culture a great compliment. The Top Workplaces award is a tribute to them and to the significance of our mission to save lives, prevent injury, and contain the costs of healthcare locally, nationally, and worldwide. We thank our employees," says Jeffrey C. Lerner, PhD, president and CEO, ECRI Institute.

86% of the staff completed the survey. Employees rated ECRI Institute highly for operating by strong values and ethics and for providing flexibility, supportive managers, meaningful work, and good benefits.

"In the past two years, we have actively promoted enhanced communication between managers and staff, offered a wide array of training programs, updated our physical workplace, and optimized employee benefit packages to help attract and retain top talent," says Meredith E.
