(Nasdaq:EGRX) (“Eagle” or “the Company”) announced today that the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) has granted tentative approval to the Company’s New Drug Application (NDA) for patented Bendamustine Hydrochloride Injection, a ready-to-dilute concentrate solution (“bendamustine RTD”) for the treatment of Indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
