Dr. Ludo Reynders Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Premier Research
PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier Research Group Limited, the international pharmaceutical and medical device services company, announces the appointment of Ludo Reynders, Ph.D. to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Reynders brings a wealth of valuable experience to Premier Research.
His experience includes more than five years as the Chief Executive Officer of AAIPharma Inc. where he transformed the organization from a pain-focused specialty pharmaceutical company into a full-service drug development services company. Prior to that, Dr. Reynders spent 16 years with Quintiles Transnational Corporation where he held high-responsibility positions including Managing Director of PharmaBio Development and Chief Executive Officer of Quintiles Development Services. During his tenure in these positions, he orchestrated a series of groundbreaking transactions that positioned the company as the industry leader. These transactions also provided the foundation for substantial long-term relationships with a number of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.
Additionally, Dr. Reynders has held several positions with Bristol Myers Corp. in Brussels. Over a seven year period, he helped the company set up the clinical monitoring, project management, data management and biostatistics, and IT operations of its new European Clinical R&D center. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Applied Biological Sciences from the University of Louvain, Belgium and also holds an M.S. from the same university.
