DNA Patterns in Bladder Cancer May Lead to Urine Test, University of Southern California Study
MedPage Today -- Bladder cancer cells have two distinct genetic patterns, depending on whether they are invasive or not, a researcher said here. The discovery opens the possibility of monitoring the disease by a simple urine test, according to Gangning Liang, M.D., Ph.D., of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
