Recruiting Trends -- I bet you’ve encountered this situation before: you have a new hiring manager with his first open requisition. He only wants the best candidates, so he’s given you a laundry list as long as your leg for the job description. You start to read it, and realize he’s asking for a developer who also knows everything about testing, as well as the intricacies of a specific software configuration management tool.
