Diagnostic Imaging International Corporation - CTS Signs Second Daytime Coverage Contract

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(Marketwire - April 27, 2009) - Diagnostic Imaging International Corp. (OTCBB: DIIG) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Canadian Teleradiology Services ("CTS"), has signed a second, new contract to supply daytime service in addition to nighttime service to an existing client.

CTS signed a new daytime contract for teleradiology services this past week. It is also the second hospital to opt for weekday daytime service from CTS. The contract is with a hospital that currently receives nighttime and weekend service. Each time a hospital signs up for daytime service a separate contract and terms are agreed to.

Daytime service is a great opportunity for CTS to increase its revenue stream. In general, daytime contracts represent a larger volume of potential imaging studies as during the daytime is when hospitals are running at a higher capacity in their imaging department. In addition, daytime service offers a potential of higher end radiology modalities that generate higher billings.
