Diagnostic Imaging Begins New Contract with Hospital

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(Marketwire - March 15, 2010) - Diagnostic Imaging International Corp. (OTCBB: DIIG) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canadian Teleradiology Services ("CTS"), has begun full service on a previously announced contract for a new client hospital in south-western Ontario.

CTS completed the computer installation, set up and testing of the delivery for services in February. Full service began at the end of February and CTS is now servicing the new hospital on a daily basis. The Hospital is sending a mixture of MR, US, X-Ray and CT's for reading. In addition to the regular workflow, the Hospital has already asked CTS to pick up additional work later this month which CTS and its radiologists have agreed to do.

This new contract could increase current company revenues by up to 25%.

CTS is continuing to grow by aggressively adding new client contracts and increasing radiologist reading revenue.
