Derma Sciences, Inc. Launches MEDIHONEY® HCS in the U.S.

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Derma Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: DSCI), a medical device and pharmaceutical company focused on advanced wound care, today announced the U.S. launch and first commercial sales of MEDIHONEY® HCS (Hydrogel Colloidal Sheet), the latest in the MEDIHONEY line of advanced wound care products. MEDIHONEY® HCS is a patented dressing comprising a combination of the Company’s MEDIHONEY® and XTRASORB® HCS dressings. The product will be available for the treatment of first- and second-degree burns, in addition to various chronic and acute wounds.
