Forbes -- Is the setback Merck is facing on the heart drug vorapaxar the fault of Kenneth C. Frazier, 55, who took over as the company’s chief executive less than a month ago? Erik M. Gordon, a clinical assistant professor at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, thinks so.
