DecisionView’s hosted deployment includes separate servers for development, training, testing and production. Development and testing systems allow clients to review new features before upgrading their production systems, while dedicated training systems support initial rollout activities and ongoing training initiatives. In order to maintain the highest level of data security, the environments are completely isolated from other clients and SAS70 certified. The configurations include Apache application servers running on MS Windows Enterprise and Oracle 10g running on Redhat ES V5, and day-to-day operations are managed by a team of Systems Engineers and Network Administrators, guaranteeing optimized performance, up-time, and security.
