Dave Holly Joins Bilcare Global Clinical Supplies (Europe) Ltd. as Senior Project Manager, IVR/IWR Services

Dave has over twenty years of extensive experience in providing eClinical technologies to the pharmaceutical industries.

Dave's previous experience and achievements include leading the IVR/IWR Product Development team at BioClinica; SAS reporting and statistics at Centocor; Sr. Director Clinical IT at Octagon; and cofounder of Provenda Biometrics, Inc.
