KAILUA KONA, Hawaii--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Cyanotech Corporation (Nasdaq Capital Market: CYAN) named David Mulder as a Director of the Company effective May 17, 2016. He replaces Ralph Carlton, who resigned.
