EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 12, 2009) - CV Technologies Inc. (TSX:CVQ) CV Technologies Inc. (the "Company") announces that its annual financial statements, accompanying management's discussion and analysis, and related CEO and CFO certifications (collectively, the "2008 Annual Financial Materials") for the financial year ended September 30, 2008 have been filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com on January 12, 2009. By these actions, the Company has cured the default of not filing the 2008 Annual Financial Materials within the 90 day prescribed period. The insiders listed in the previously announced management cease trade orders issued by the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") and Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") will no longer be restricted from trading in securities of the Corporation pursuant to such orders as of January 15, 2009 in the case of the ASC order and January 21, 2009 in the case of the OSC order.
