Capricor, based in Los Angeles, California, is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative therapies to treat cardiovascular diseases. Capricor's lead product candidate, CAP-1002, is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf cell therapy derived from donor heart tissue and infused into a patient's coronary artery.
