CROs Chemizon Inc. and Crown Bioscience Partner Up

April 4, 2008 -- In a move that further consolidates the CRO industry in China and the Far East, Chemizon, a division of Optomagic (KOSDAQ: 010170), and Crown Bioscience have formed a strategic alliance. As part of the alliance, Chemizon’s venture equity fund has participated in Crown Bioscience’s Series B round of financing.
