Croma – Pharma and RUCK TMED Announce a Global Partnership to Develop and Market a New Generation of Ophthalmic Surgical Systems

VIENNA & ESCHWEILER, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Croma Pharma GmbH, a private global specialty pharmaceutical and surgical company and Ruck Tmed (merger of Fritz Ruck GmbH and T.MED GmbH), a private surgical company announced a global strategic partnership to co-promote a new generation of ophthalmology surgery systems having advantages over currently available devices. The partnership will focus on phacoemulisification and vitrectomy surgical systems, so far developed by Ruck Tmed and now supported by Croma Pharma GmbH.
