The instrument is E-308 that provides an easy, safe, system for in-situ hybridization procedures. This programmable, open system automates the denaturation and hybridization steps in slide-based FISH procedures and provides walk-away convenience for laboratory personnel. In situ hybridization techniques are sensitive and highly applicable that allows specific nucleic acid sequences to be detected in morphologically preserved chromosomes, cells or tissue sections.
