Corrected Date for Toxin Alert Inc. Filings

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - January 19, 2009) - Toxin Alert Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TOX) inadvertently gave the wrong year for the unaudited quarterly financial statements it filed on January 15, 2009. The release said that Toxin Alert had filed its statements for the first quarter of fiscal year 2008. The filing was for the first quarter of fiscal year 2009, ended September 30, 2008.
