Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited Completes its Twelfth Annual Academic Conference

BEIJING, Dec. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (the "Company" or "Concord Medical") (NYSE: CCM), operator of the largest network of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers in China, today announced that it hostedthe Twelfth Annual CCM Academic Conference in Beijing on December 3 and 4, 2011.

During the conference, doctors and researchers shared their clinical and academic experience in several subdivisions of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging. More than 300 medical experts participated in the conference, including representatives from the Chinese Society of Radiation Oncology, the Chinese Society of Nuclear Medicine, and distinguished radiation oncologists from overseas. Doctors and oncologists from each of Concord Medical's centers also participated in the conference.

Each year, the event is one of the largest oncology academic events held in China. The 2011 conference was the largest in Concord Medical's history, measured by both the number of participants and number of academic papers presented.
