Cleveland Clinic Establishes Cleveland Clinic Canada

CLEVELAND, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Cleveland Clinic today announced the establishment of a new corporation called Cleveland Clinic Canada. It will open with a new health and wellness center, the Toronto Health and Wellness Centre, to be jointly owned and operated by Cleveland Clinic and the Copeland Group of Companies.

The Toronto Health and Wellness Centre, to be located on the 30th floor of the BCE Tower, will primarily provide comprehensive executive physicals, as well as health and wellness consulting in the areas of nutrition, illness prevention, exercise prescriptions and stress management. In addition, the Toronto Health and Wellness Centre will provide personal health care management to patients looking for seamless follow-up care, including options in both Ontario and at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.

All services offered in the Toronto Health and Wellness Centre will be performed by Canadian physicians and other medical professionals. The Centre will employ approximately 55 individuals.
