Clashing Coworkers: Interpersonal Conflicts On The Job Are Inevitable, But Addressing Them Early Will Keep Them From Poisoning The Workplace

SFGate -- Ben Franklin said that death and taxes were the only sure things in life, but he never had to work in a corporate office. Anyone who has ever held a job will quickly add workplace conflict to the list of things that are bound to happen, whether they're a computer programmer or a truck driver. Fortunately, conflicts can be dealt with so that they don't become destructive or escalate to the point where dialogue can no longer fix them.
