TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (TOKYO: 4519) announced today that Chugai Pharma Marketing Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chugai located in London, changed its corporate name to Chugai Pharma Europe Ltd. (CPE) effective from November 27.
The name change is part of Chugai’s reorganization to accelerate its overseas operation as announced on June 25. In the reorganization, Chugai integrated and gathered its development and commercial entities in Europe that had been separated subsidiaries into one single company.
