Christopher J. Pugh Joins Genitrix, LLC As Vice President, Business Development

CAMBRIDGE, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/01/2005 -- Genitrix, LLC announced today that Christopher J. Pugh has joined the Company as Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Pugh previously served as Vice President, Business Development at Bioject, which develops and markets novel delivery systems for vaccines and therapeutics. While at Bioject he negotiated a number of external agreements, including one that offered the largest potential payout in that company's 18-year history. Prior to that, he was Director of Business Development at Guilford Pharmaceuticals, which develops and markets therapeutics for cancer and other serious conditions. Before joining Guilford he held positions in the vaccine divisions of Merck and SmithKline. Mr. Pugh began his career at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals.
