Choosing the Right Employer; What to Look for During a Job Interview

Gwinnett Business Journal -- I advise my students that finding the right job in a chosen career is a full time job. Many people find a job in the classifieds, apply for the job and wait by the phone for a possible interview. With a little bit of luck, they ultimately get the job offer. If the job seeker has spent little or no time determining if the company is a good fit, the end result can be a bad employment decision. A mistake like this isn't crucial when it's a young person applying for an hourly position; but it's another matter entirely when it's someone who is looking for a career.
