China NT Pharma and Sinopharm Group to Set Up Drug Distribution JV

April 2, 2013 -- China NT Pharma Group, a mainland China company that distributes and promotes pharmaceuticals, signed a memorandum of understanding with Sinopharm Group to form a “special purpose entity” that will market and sell vaccines and cold-chain pharmaceutical products. The new JV will be located in Shanghai with capital of 200 million RMB ($32 million). China NT Pharma will contribute 30% of the capital. More details....
